Booking Policies

1. Appointment Booking:

   - Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

   - Walk-ins are welcome if there is availability, but appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time slot.


2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   - We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

   - Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.


3. Booking Confirmation:

   - You will receive a booking confirmation via email or text message once your appointment is scheduled.

   - Please review the details to ensure accuracy and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.


4. Arrival Time:

   - Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.

   - Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client.


5. Consultation:

   - We recommend a consultation for specific services, especially for significant changes in hair color or style.

   - During the consultation, you can discuss your preferences and expectations with the stylist or makeup artist.


6. Pricing and Payment:

   - Prices for services may vary based on factors like hair length, product usage, or complexity.

   - Payment is due at the end of your service, and we accept cash, credit cards, and other accepted payment methods.


7. Gratuities:

   - Gratuities for our stylists and artists are appreciated and can be given directly to them or included in your payment.


8. Sanitation and Hygiene:

   - Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards, and we kindly ask that you do the same.


9. Special Requests and Allergies:

   - Please inform us of any allergies or specific needs when booking your appointment, so we can accommodate you accordingly.


10. Satisfaction Guarantee:

    - If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know during your visit, and we will do our best to make it right.

11. Words Used:

The word used "Free" in the services section in every service doesn't mean its free of cost it means the price varies according to the characteristics of the service. (eg.: The price of the "Hair Straightening" Service depends on the length and density of the hairs of the client.)
